Depending upon the company's needs and cash flow, leasing provides several advantages. We usually spend between 4 to 6 hours in the customization of each website. The process includes phone consultation with every client to review objectives and ensure that the site meets our client's business needs and goals. Careful attention is given to the clients image and brand to ensure the site represents a coordinated look and feel to the clients marketing efforts and values. All of our web site templates are available in unlimited colors. The Site Colors, Fonts, Images, Page Titles, Photo Galleries, and browser window colors are all customized to match our clients logo, image and marketing materials. Every client is able to view their site throughout the build process to provide input to maximize customer satisfaction.

Upon completion of the customization, every site is tested for items such as load times, image quality, form email instructions, auto responder, and website email addresses.

The time from order placement to launch is largely dependent upon receiving the required text, images, required email addresses, links and feed back from the client. Usually the entire process is completed in two to four weeks. Additional time may be involved if the site has a matching HTML version. The minimum lease is twelve months. At the end of the lease the lease will automatically extend for another twelve month period unless the client has provided notification of their desire to discontinue the lease. Set up fees if applicable are charged at the time the order is placed. The full twelve months lease payment is charged 50% at the time the order is placed and 50% when the site is launched. First, leases include two hours annually of support for your site. Changes are accounted for in 30 minute minimums providing up to 4 changes annually at no cost to the client. Most of our flash designs include dynamic flash text and galleries so that clients may make most changes themselves without the need to know flash or own flash software.

Disadvantages:
Load Times: Large flash sites have disadvantages for clients utilizing dial up modem connections. However a proper design will externally load your files in small pieces to minimize load times for all visitors. Small sites are much less affected and with the ever increasing speed of the internet and penetration of high internet connects this disadvantage is also minimal.

One true disadvantage for flash is with the search engines. Search engines cannot read the content in your flash movie. High search engine rankings will require an HTML version that matches your flash site. We offer a guaranteed "Top Ten" program.
